Day 0 — Build and prepare channels
- Create one focused survey with a single objective.
- Keep it short (target completion under 3 minutes).
- Prepare all three channel assets:
- Email embed block
- Survey share link
- QR code
Day 1 — Launch primary channel
- Choose one primary channel based on where your audience is:
- Email embed: for newsletters and outbound email sends
- Survey link: for chat, social, and 1:1 outreach
- QR code: for events, physical locations, packaging, or in-person touchpoints
- Send to your first 10–20 high-intent recipients.
- Include context, value, and a clear deadline.
Day 2 — Follow up and add a second channel
- Follow up with non-responders.
- Add a second channel to increase visibility (example: link + QR).
- Share progress with your team members to create momentum (example: “We’ve already received 4 responses”).
Day 3 — Review and act
- Review all responses in your dashboard.
- Tag key themes and highlight notable quotes.
- Share top 3 insights with your team or stakeholders.
Optimization tips
- Keep one core survey but test different channel distribution.
- Compare response rate by channel each week.
