This article explains how to log in to your Novella account and what to do if you run into issues.
If your details are correct, you’ll be taken to your Novella dashboard.
On the login page, you can select Keep me signed in.
When enabled:
For security reasons, we recommend using this option only on personal devices.
If you recently created your account, you must confirm your email address before you can log in.
If you see a message like:
Please confirm your email address via the link we sent before logging in.
Check your inbox and click the confirmation link in the email.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
To log out:
You’ll see a confirmation screen and can log back in at any time.
I entered the correct email and password, but can’t log in
I forgot my password
Click 'Forgot password?' on https://app.novellahq.com/auth/login and enter your email address. If the email address exists in our system you will be send an email with instructions to create a new password.
I’m logged out automatically
This can happen if:
Try logging in again and enable Keep me signed in.
