Storyline for live feedback visibility

Storyline helps teams follow customer feedback as it arrives. Instead of opening individual responses or building a report before every meeting, you can now use a live, fullscreen-ready view that brings recent responses, scores, comments, sentiment, NPS, tags, and response activity into one place.

What’s new

  • Live response feed: See the latest survey responses with score, survey name, comment, sentiment, respondent name when available, and how recently each response was submitted.
  • 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day views: Switch time windows to monitor immediate feedback, review recent trends, or zoom out across a longer customer-feedback period.
  • NPS snapshot: Track the current NPS score from visible NPS responses in the selected window.
  • Sentiment breakdown: Review positive, neutral, and negative response share in a simple visual summary.
  • Response volume and rate: See total submissions and average responses per day for the selected period.
  • Top tag reporting: Quickly identify the tags showing up most often across recent feedback.
  • Latest score highlight: Keep the newest response signal visible for fast team awareness.
  • Fullscreen display mode: Open Storyline as an always-on view for standups, support handoffs, product reviews, leadership check-ins, launch rooms, or shared team screens.

Why it matters

Storyline makes customer feedback easier to keep in front of the team. It connects the quantitative signals teams track, such as NPS, response volume, sentiment, and tags, with the actual customer comments behind those signals.

That means teams can spot changes as they happen, notice recurring issues faster, and bring real customer language into decisions without waiting for a manual report. Storyline is especially useful when feedback needs to be visible in the moment, such as during customer meetings, product launches, support reviews, or weekly planning sessions.

Get started

  1. Go to the dashboard in your Novella workspace.
  2. Select Storyline to open the live feedback view.
  3. Choose a 7-day, 30-day, or 90-day window.
  4. Review the latest responses, sentiment, NPS, response rate, top tags, and latest score.
  5. Use fullscreen mode when you want to share Storyline on a team screen or during a meeting.
